Amanda Dawn Collins, 40, of Elizabeth WV passed away February 25, 2025, at CAMC General Hospital of Charleston. She was born in Parkersburg, WV June 12, 1984. Amanda was a graduate of Ritchie County High School, class of 2004. She dedicated herself to being a homemaker and found joy in cooking, photography, camping and fishing. She had a deep love for singing, dancing and embraced many hobbies that brought happiness to those around her. Amanda will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind.

Amanda is survived by her husband, Andrew Collins, her children, Ethan, Aiden, Thomas and Abigail all of Elizabeth. Mother Bonnie Simmons (Jeff) of Cario WV. Sister, Amy Simmons of Parkesburg WV, sister-in-law, Michaela Butcher of Belpre, OH, Cecil and Fran Burns of VA. as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by her father, Joseph R. Simmons, Grandparents Clarence and Lucille Metz, and Inez and James Simmons, and her mother-in-law, Connie Collins.

Services will be 1:00 PM March 6, 2025, at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
