Anna Elizabeth Harrison, 91 of Elizabeth, WV, passed away on June 4, 2025, in Hospice Care at WVU medical center Camden Clark.

She was born June 23, 1933, in Pittsburg, PA, the daughter of the Late Martha Jean Bumgarner Harrison and Earl F. Harrison. Anna attended Cambridge Springs High School, where she was an honor graduate in social studies. She the attended Penn State and Erie Business College and obtained an Executive Secretarial Diploma. Over the course of her lifetime. Anna worked as a secretary for various non-profit organizations including the YWCA, urban development, and Methodist and Episcopal Church organizations. including the National Council of Churches and Christian Federation with most of her work years spent in New York City, and Washington D.C.  Anna enjoyed music, reading, sports and politics.

Anna leaves behind six cousins, Mary Frances Bumgarner Park, Sharon Bumgarner Gainer, Mike Bumgarner, Annette Bumgarner Strimer, Bob Bumgarner, and Sally Bumgarner West. Interment will be at K of P Cemetery in Elizabeth, WV. Family will have a private memorial service at a later date.  Matheny Whited Funeral Home was honored to assist the family.
