Benny Riggs 83 of, Mineral Wells WV, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2026, after an extended illness. He was born in Roane County WV the son of the Late Jim Riggs. Graduate of Spencer High School. After graduation he served in the United States Army. Ben enjoyed bowling and hunting.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of 30 years Cathy Butler. Step children Jeff (Amanda) Butler, Frank (Teresa) Butler and Crystal (Keith) Leonard.

Grandchildren Zack, Courtney, Ian, Sam and Heather.
