Betty Miller, 86 of Elizabeth WV, passed away August 18, 2024, at WVU Medical Center Parkersburg WV. She was the daughter of the late Hoyt and Peral (Sims) Watson. Worked at the Parkersburg Sewing Factory for a few years before her children were born. Betty enjoyed quilting, sewing and watching the birds. she is survived by her children Rebecca Stalnaker (Bill), Sam Miller and one granddaughter Chloe Miller. Her Family of the Heart and Best friend Jill Fought and her children. April Wilson (Derek) daughter Josie, Crystal McFee her children Ashley White (Drew and Rylee), Austin (Haley) Lockhart (Axle), Cassidy (AJ) McFee, Clinton Fought (Kaleigh (Justin) Fought, Kamryn Fought, and Sawyer Fought and several nieces and nephews. In addition to both her parents she is preceded in death by her Husband Luther Miller. and several brother and sisters.  Graveside services will be 1:00PM, Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Beulah Hill Cemetery.
