Clara Belle Fisher, 95, of Elizabeth, WV, passed away at her home May 11, 2024.  She was born in Wirt County, West Virginia to the late Charlie and Emma Davis Martin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Claude Fisher and her brother Clarence E. Martin.   A Christian by faith, Clara worked as a custodian, cleaning the post office.  She enjoyed working puzzles, crosswords, and word searches.

She will be missed by special friends Lisa, Margie, April, Kelsie, Ellie, Stephanie, Chris, Connie and her longest living friend Thorn Roberts.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 17, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Matheny Whited Funeral Home, Elizabeth, WV.  A private committal will be at Central Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Rose Hill Road, Elizabeth, WV.  Matheny Whited Funeral Home was honored  to assist with Clara Fisher's arrangements.
