Connie S. Boggs, 68, of Creston, WV passed away April 1, 2025, at her Residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Calhoun County WV, the daughter of the Late Donald and Opal (Richards) Osborne.

She worked with Home Interior & Designs for many years and then began working as a USPS - Rural Mail carrier for several years before retiring. She attended Big Island Run Church of Elizabeth. She loved spending time with her children and also being with her Grandchildren who was her pride and joy. She enjoyed her flower gardens.

She will be dearly missed by her family, children: Donald Jack Boggs (Wanda Childers), Jackie Sue Boggs (Jimmy Copeland) and Bobbie Jo Sheppard (Jon). Grandchildren: Kylee Sue Blair, Jaxen Lee Copeland, Wyatt Rolston, Nathan Rolston and Christopher Sands. Siblings: Diane Knight, Zelma Yoak (Lynn), Donna Miller, Brenda Ward (Bill) and Donnie Ray Osborne.

In addition to both her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Boggs, 2 daughters: infant Billie Jo and Melissa Whipkey, sister: Beverly "BJ" Hughes and brother: Roger Osborne

Services will be 2:00PM, Friday, April 4, 2025, at Matheny Whited Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00am to 2:00pm prior to the services on Friday.

Interment will be at K of P Cemetery of Elizabeth
