Obituary

Curtis Allen Haney was born May 29,1994. A loving son and brother, a creator and inventor who was loved by many, known by all, he went to be with the lord and savior on July 15,2024, after battling with cancer for five years. A member of Beulah Hill Church, he was never broken, but encouraged, giving comfort and peace to those around him. He is proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents Charles and Betty Taylor of WV, and paternal grandfather Doug Haney of NC.

He leaves behind his parents with remembrance of his beautiful soul, Doug and Gina Haney of WV; his brother and sister in law Michael and Katie Haney of WV; his grandmother Anna Haney of WV; his aunt and uncle Nena and Steve Greathouse of MO; his aunt and uncle Cathy and Dewayne Archer of WV; his aunt and uncle Shanna and Tom Brockmiller of OR, his aunt and uncle Samantha and Mike Stalnaker of WV and many cousins who love him.

Curtis holds a spot in all of our hearts forever and eternally just as he is now, let us not morn but rejoice. Curtis' creativity knows no bounds.  He could take anything and make it new, just as God has done now with his soul. We are all grateful for the opportunity we have had to love and be loved by him, Though we are sad to see him go, we are excited for his new journey. Goodbyes are not forever, our child, until we meet again, forever loved and at peace.
