Joann M Davis Nemeth 79, of Elizabeth WV passed away December 11, 2024, at Worthington Healthcare of Parkersburg WV. She was born in Wirt County the daughter of the Late Luther and Fannie Belt. She was a member of the Calvery Apostolic Church of Elizabeth WV.  Joann enjoyed cooking, playing Mah Jong, push mowing the yard and going to church.

She will be dearly missed by her Children: Daniel (Cindy) Davis and Bobbie (Sandy West) Bryant. Daughter of the heart, Lisa (Rodney) Belt and Son of the heart Tim (Vicki) Ellison. Grandchild Kyle Bryant, Great Grandchildren Bailey, Addie, Eli. Siblings Louise Echard and Oliver (Lorraina) Belt. Sisters in laws Reba Belt and Carolyn Belt.

In addition to both her parents she was preceded in death by grandson Bobbie Bryant and siblings Alma Belt, Levada Lemley, David Belt, Martha Lemon and Warren Belt.

Services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday December 14, 2024, at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV with the Rev Timothy Hopkins officiating. Visitation will be Friday December 13, 2024, 6-8 PM and Saturday December 14, 2024 11 am until time of service. Interment will be at Rector Cemetery of Burning Springs WV.
