Paul Wayne Lockhart 84, of Palestine WV passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Wirt County, the son of the Late Elda and Florance (Lightner) Lockhart. He retired from Guist of Canton Ohio has a Professional Painter and sandblasting. Enjoyed fishing and hunting. Paul was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. He will be dearly missed

Survived by his loving wife and best friend of 38 years Frankie Lockhart, children: Paul Lockhart, Shirley Lockhart, Chuck Dye (Nancy), Rodney Dye (Carolyn), Timothy Dye (Lise) and Brion Dye (Misty). 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Sister Verna Patterson, Joann Campbell, Mary Lockhart and Willa Biles.

In addition to both his parents he was preceded in death by a son David Dye, Brothers Carl Lockhart, OJ Lockhart, Tommy Lockhart and Darrell Lockhart and sister Edna Carpenter.

Per his wishes there will be no services.
