Ronald P Rose Jr., 51 of Minerva Ohio, formerly of Palestine WV, passed away December 10, 2025, surrounded by his Loving family.  Ronald was the son of the late Roanld P Rose Sr and Mary Ellen "Bunner" Barton. Attended Wirt County High School. was a Christian by He worked at Coalfor American axle Manufacturing of Minerva, Ohio for 26 years. Was a member of united Auto Workes of American Local 4199, he served as a Stewart for a few years and was a finance secretary. enjoyed working, traveling, deer hunting, cornhole, ridge running, playing Santa at Christmas, but most of all he loved to laugh and smile, and make jokes (he always had a funny come back).

In addition to his mother, he will be dearly missed by his wife Teresa Swisher, sisters Mary Barth, and Adelia Riddle, stepchildren Devon Swisher and Harmony Swisher (Colton Trushle), Grandson of the heart Connor and niece Amber Jade Dessiree Lott who was his pride and joy.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his Brother-in-law Stevan Barth and stepfather Pearl P Barton.

Service will be Noon, Wednesday December 17, 2025, at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV, Visitation will be 3:00PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday December 16, 2025. Interment will be at McCray-Snyder Cemetery.
