Sarah Neptune, 35, of Vienna WV, passed away unexpectedly July 6, 2023. She is the daughter of Martin Neptune of Parkersburg, WV, and Kimberly Thompson of Vienna, WV. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers Annette Moats and Billie Jean Bise.

She was a 2007 graduate of Parkersburg High School and was employed by ResCare of Parkersburg, WV, as a caregiver.  She enjoyed playing video games, animals and, most of all, helping others.

In addition to both her parents, she will be dearly missed by her sister Arika (Samantha) Moats of Georgetown, KY, grandfather Eugene Moats of Henerson, NV and special friend Romona McCoy.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.  Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth was honored assist the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a random act of kindness to someone in need be dedicated to the memory of Sarah.
