Tony Brookover 65, of Elizabeth WV, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center.  He was the son of the Late Larry Brookover Sr and Patricia (Boyce) Brookover. Parkersburg South Class of 1978.Tony was an auto body painter and repair specialist; his mentor was Warren Brookover. He worked at Kapple Automotives in Belpre, Ohio. Since 2019 Tony has battled many health issues and beat them. His greatest conquer was being declared cancer free just a few weeks ago. He loved camping, family gatherings, grandchildren and making memories with his family and friends, if you were a friend, you were family in Tony's heart.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of 44 years Linda Brookover, 2 daughters Tiffany Brookover and Toni Brookover. Son of the Heart Joby Sims (Jennifer), grandchildren: Trisha Allen (Brooke), Haylea McEldowney (Kyle), Briana Jones, and Ava Brookover. Great grandchildren: Bennett, Jackson, Ashlynn and Tucker. Siblings: Sue Allen (Mike), Larry Brookover Jr., Brian Brookover and Ronnie Moore. Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and many many dear friends.

In addition to both his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Terry Wayne Brookover Sr.

Family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
