William Arthur Belcher, Jr., 47, of Clendenin, WV passed away Monday July 17, 2023, at CAMC General.  He was the son of the late William A Belcher Sr. and Ona Drake Belcher. In addition to both his parents he was preceded in death by 1 brother Charles Lee Belcher  and 2 sisters Sharolette Mae Spence and Darla Fay Lesher

He was employed by Bob's Handyman and More and loved working on cars.

He is survived by his step-children Bradley Scott Belcher and Kody Russell Rucker; siblings William Otis Belcher (Mary), Arthur Edward Belcher and Carla Martin and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.  Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV was honored to assist the Blecher family.
